As burger kings go it's meh service is good however the food by BK standards is quite low if you really want BK go elsewhere

Beatrice is the "manger" here but has no sense of management. She's rude and does not accommodate her customers. She will blame you for their mistake and won't even apologize for it. My mother got the wrong order in which Beatrice insisted it wasn't and when she saw the receipt she just responded with "well that's weird" not apologetic at all. She continued to argue with my mother, giving her a hard time when she could have just fixed the problem BK did. She had my mother bring back the food to get her money back & when she realized one item wasn't there she said she would charge her double what she originally paid for it.
What kind of b.s is that?
If you don't like your job, find another one lady, but with your attitude who would want to hire you? -

ahh yes. I can now join the chorus of dissatisfied customers. I waited for 20 minutes for "fast food", ordered the chicken parm sandwich meal and was charged for it and when I got home discovered I had been given a basic chicken sandwich. I am furious. And if I didn't have to wake a sleeping baby and drive back to Burger King I would. THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING in southern CA. The workers run around like chickens with their heads cut off and my order is usually wrong. I have never taken the time to fill out a survey but this was SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE I actually did. Awful. I wish I could get my money back!!

Ahhhh where do I start. Ordered my food to eat in. My order was not right. Asking for my missing cup was not enough but show of receipt even still at the register. The sodas had no gas. They have a nice TV, but kept flickering and pausing and going grey. The ceiling was leaking so what do they do, put buckets to hold the water. ( I came in 3 weeks ago and they had these buckets here already) no ketchup on the dispenser. You ask for ketchup and they give you 4 packets. Ordered chicken nuggets and chicken fries and no BBQ . This is a shame. I can't believe how bad the service is. This is sad. PLEASE FIX THIS BURGER KING KNOW!!!
